How does delivery Work?

We have partnered up with Pargo and The Courier Guy, delivery to take place within 3-5 working days after dispatch. Free delivery for orders over R500.00, orders under R500.00 will incur a fee of R95.00,  door to door  or R75 to a collection point of your choice. Deliveries are made everywhere in South Africa.

What is Pargo?

Are my parcels safe?

We have business cover for parcels with our own insurer as well as Goods in Transit cover with Pargo.

How can I track my parcel?

You can track your parcel via the tracking number with The Courier Guy and Pargo. You may also contact us on 083 790 4148 via WhatsApp Business to check on parcel dispatch and ETA.

What payment methods are available?

Payments can be made via EFT, card machine (only available in salon), credit/debit cards, COD on collection of parcel at Salon if arranged prior.

Is my payment safe?

Yes, we have partnered with Mobicred, Wappoint (Paygate), Ozow  to ensure all payments portals are safe and bank verified.

How do I know my order has been received?

An automatics email or text will be sent to you the moment you submit your order directly to the email or number you have provided during checkout. If this confirmation is not received first please check that your email or contact details are correct, possibly also check your junk mail box to see if it has not landed up in there. If any further information is required from you to complete the order, we will contact you directly via email or text.

How do I check my order status?

You can check your purchase history in the My Account section when you are logged into the Frizz customer portal.

What happens if I forget my password?

You click on the "forgot password" line when logging in, a new password will be mailed to you, you can then change your password after logging in to My Account section.

Can I change my order once placed?

Yes you can, provided the order has not yet been dispatched.

Will discounts be offered?

Yes, from time to time, discounts will be given, sign up to our monthly newsletter to receive notifications with regards to special offers.

Return Policy?

For Hygienic reasons, products may only be returned if unopened, unused, and in a re-saleable condition, with all tamper-resistant seals, packaging and any cellophane packaging remains intact and unopened. The product must be returned within SEVEN (7) days.

Unfortunately sale or discounted items may not be returned.

All products remain your responsibility until received and signed for by us.

All returned products will incur a TEN PERCENT (10%) handling fee.
